In There is a cinematic platformer made in 7 days for the Brackeys Game Jam 2023.2. Theme: Diving Deeper 

It's a 10min long experience inspired by games like Abe's Odyssey and Heart of Darkness (with a dash of Gravity Rush!)

You play as a kid caught in what appears to be a never ending and eerie cavern. As he is plunging to his death, he discovers a mysterious ability that lets him suppress his gravity.

• Run and float around to avoid the many dangers of an uncaring environment 
•  Use your gems as light sources to unveil the darkness and surveil your surroundings
• A dense hand-drawn atmosphere, at the midpoint between eerie and beautiful

Controls

Play with Keyboard and Mouse! (no controller support)

ZQSD / Arrows to Move

Space / A to change Gravity

Left Mouse Button to Throw Rock

⚠Known Bugs and Fixes⚠

• The geysers are permanently triggered (without any VFX). This will make the game impossible to beat. It happens if you die by smashing the ground in a room that has geysers and you respawn in the room before. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is restart the game. Sorry about that!

• You're stuck behind the bouncy eyes. You can throw a bunch of rocks at them to trigger the bounce and try and slide your way between the eyes as they jiggle. Or you can bounce against them as fast as possible until the velocity kills you and you respawn normally
